Blue Fox offers preventative HVAC maintenance programs for fraternity and sorority houses. Don’t let your heater or air conditioner develop issues when not in use. We can schedule maintenance during low occupancy times to make sure your indoor comfort systems are ready for when the students return. Our skilled technicians will thoroughly inspect your HVAC, clean the units as needed, replace filters, and fine-tune the components. We can also prepare an equipment replacement plan based on the age of your current furnace or AC and the likelihood of failure to prevent unexpected capital costs from arising.

I called Blue Fox and Butch arrived within an hour of my call. He conducted a thorough review of my system, found and fix the problem and kept me informed along the way of what the issues were, what would be needed to repair, and what the cost would be. He had everything completed for me within an hour.

Changed out a hot water heater, helped with some lines, and when a pipe burst from an excavation project with another company they came out and got it fixed and stayed late till we had water back. Highly reccomend this company.
